Themar Al Emarat is located in the UAE desert near the city of Sharjah. This modern farm, built by Dutch companies, produces up to 10 tons of mushrooms per day. The facility operates on substrate supplied from the Netherlands and is the largest mushroom farm in the UAE. The course starts with a general tour of the farm. You will learn how Themar Al Emarat operates.

UMDIS consultant Iurie Boiciuc has 20+ years of experience, helping farms improve quality, yield, and operational efficiency. With over 50 white and brown button mushroom farms advised worldwide, his expertise includes adjusting filling machines, managing casing and watering, optimizing production processes, and climate control (cooldown, pinheading, recovery).
This course is designed for growers in commercial farms, managers, farm owners, and will be useful for harvesting managers as well.
