The 13th Annual Campus Diwali Celebration, hosted by the BAPS Campus Fellowship (BCF), on Monday, November 11th, 2024. This festive event will take place at the Adele H. Stamp Grand Ballroom at the University of Maryland, running from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

About BAPS CAMPUS FELLOWSHIP at UMD
BAPS Campus Fellowship is a student organization recognized across 35 of the country’s largest universities.
BCF is a dynamic organization dedicated to uniting students on campus and fostering a deeper understanding of Hindu heritage and culture. We achieve this through engaging group discussions, exciting campus events, and meaningful community service projects. BCF proudly operates with the approval of the Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha, Inc. (BAPS), a denomination of the Hindu faith with millions of followers worldwide.
Every year, we host a vibrant Diwali celebration, welcoming students and faculty from our campus. This event serves as a tribute to the values of Diwali, including unity, self-reflection, personal growth, rejuvenation, and compassion. The evening will feature enchanting musical performances, a thought-provoking exhibition, inspiring speeches, and traditional cuisine.
In recent years, we have been honored to host 900+ attendees and have had the dedicated support of 50+ volunteers.
