Evanston ASPA is hosting it's 5th Annual Umbrella Arts Festival!

This event is a celebration of Asian American art, music, dance, food and culture featuring over 50 artists, artisans and food vendors, traditional and contemporary perfromances, and many hands-on art and cultural activities for all ages to enjoy!
