Umatilla Parks & Rec Jr. Golf Camp
Swing into summer fun with our Jr. Golf Camp! Kids ages 6–14 will get hands-on instruction in the basics of golf, learning everything from perfecting their swing to mastering the short game and putting like a pro.
Campers will rotate through exciting skill stations Monday through Thursday, then put their practice to the test on Friday in a fun 5-hole tournament, grouped by age and skill level at Big River Golf Course.
Whether you’re bringing your own clubs or borrowing ours, you’re in for a great week of golf!
Bonus! Registration includes entry into the Big River Jr. Junior Golf Tournament —because every golfer deserves their moment to shine!
Camp Schedule: Instruction Day Mon–Thurs July 6th to July 10th:
GROUP 1: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Instruction & Skill Stations)
GROUP 2: 10:00AM – 11:00am (Instruction & Skill Stations)

Campamento de Golf Juvenil de Parques y Recreación de Umatilla
¡Lánzate a la diversión este verano con nuestro Campamento de Golf Juvenil! Niños de 6 a 14 años recibirán instrucción práctica sobre los fundamentos del golf—aprendiendo desde cómo perfeccionar su swing hasta dominar el juego corto y el putt como profesionales.
Este año, para brindar una mejor experiencia de aprendizaje y una instrucción más personalizada, trasladaremos los días de instrucción a Kik’s Driving Range. Con más de 50 participantes inscritos, dividiremos a los campistas en dos grupos más pequeños, cada uno recibiendo una hora diaria de instrucción enfocada.
Los campistas rotarán por estaciones de habilidades de lunes a jueves, y pondrán en práctica lo aprendido el viernes en un divertido torneo de 5 hoyos, agrupados por edad y nivel de habilidad en el Big River Golf Course.
¡Trae tus propios palos o usa los nuestros—será una gran semana de golf!
La inscripción incluye la participación en el Torneo de Golf Juvenil Big River Jr. —¡porque cada golfista merece su momento de brillar!
