Bring your baby to this fun-filled fair tradition and celebrate the joy, personality and charm of our community's youngest residents! Eligible contestants are Newborns up to age 18 months old.

Registration Required by August 10!
Registration must be completed in-person at the Next Chapter Bookstore located at 1000 S Hwy 395 Ste c, Hermiston, OR 97838
