Ultra Luxe Sound Immersion

Welcome to Our Ultra Luxe Sound Experience

Each participant has their own yoga bed, heated blanket (seasonal) and eye cover.

We start with restorative poses and guided yoga nidra as we drop the brain states and prepare for alpha calming sensations. During this time, Auburn moves around the room for with hands-on tuning forks for each guest.

We end with a 45 minute Sound Experience using crystal singing bowls, Kashi chimes, ocean drums, gong and other sound healing instruments.
