Puzzle Tournament Rules – Timberlake Club of PeoriaTeam Size:
Teams may consist of 1 to 3 participants.
Cost is $25 Per Team
Create a Team Name for the Roster
Puzzle Format:
Each team will receive the same puzzle typically 500 pieces
Puzzles will be sealed and distributed at the start of the tournament.
Time Limit:
Teams will have 2 hours to complete the puzzle.
The team that completes the puzzle first or has the most pieces correctly placed at the end of the time limit wins.
Setup & Start:
Teams must wait for the official “start” signal before opening their puzzle boxes.
No outside tools (e.g., sorting trays, magnifiers) allowed unless provided by the organizers.
Scoring & Prizes:
First team to complete the puzzle wins 1st place.
If no team finishes within the time limit, judges will count correctly placed pieces to determine winners.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd Place
Conduct:
Friendly competition is encouraged, please be respectful to other teams.
No assistance from non-team members during the tournament.
Registration:
Open to the public.
Teams must register in advance with Ellen at 515-554-0783 or at the door (space permitting).
