Continue your musical journey with a ukulele for improvers course. This course runs for five weeks, from Thursday March 5 to April 2, 2026.The course cost £70 and is for those who have completed the free beginners' course – or are at a similar stage in their learning – and will enable you to enjoy playing a more challenging range of songs and chords, as well as developing your strumming technique.
- Increase your chord knowledge.
- Play more challenging chord sequences including songs with more than four chords.
- Play songs at a faster pace, from 100bpm to 120bpm (beats per minute)
- Use more advanced strumming and rhythm techniques including 'island strum', swing, and songs with more than one strumming pattern.
- Play a wider range of songs on the ukulele, including jazz, country and pop.
