"PALYANYTSIA" tells the story of American street artists Bandit and Johnny Ashbaugh who traveled across wartime Ukraine, creating murals that became symbols of hope, remembrance and resilience. Through art, this documentary explores courage, humanity and the enduring spirit of the Ukrainian people.
"PALYANYTSIA" has been screened in 22 countries, in various festivals, including the 2026 Dallas International Film Festival, the 2025 Bouquet Kyiv Festival and the 54th Molodist Kyiv International Film Festival. It was recently awarded the Impact Award for Peace at the 2026 ETHOS Film Awards in Santa Monica!
Admission to the event is free.
We will be supporting and sharing information about reputable organizations that support Ukraine at this event; you are welcome to provide a donation at admission if you would like.
In addition, Ukrainian vendors will be showcasing and selling art, crafts, and other items — all proceeds will go to support Ukraine.
Ukrainian food and drinks will be available before and after the film as well, with all donations going to support Ukraine.
We hope you can join us for this special screening! Since this film is on the festival circuit, this is a rare opportunity to see this film and support Ukraine.
