Join us for a Ukrainian Borshch Cooking Class. Did you know that Borshch was inscribed on UNESCO’s List of Intangible Cultural Heritage as a dish with a rich history dating back centuries? Did you know that every year the second Saturday of September is Borshch Day? In Madison, we are offering a fantastic opportunity to come together, cook and eat this dish, and support a local nonprofit. Join us for a fundraising event to celebrate this culinary gem and support Friends of Ukraine, Madison.
