About this Event
The UK Global Screen Fund is an £18m per annum fund and programme designed to boost international opportunities for the UK’s independent screen sector across film, TV, animation and games.
Spread across three strands: International Co-Production for Film & TV, International Film Sales & Distribution and International Business Development, as well as the ScreenUK Platform, the fund has now supported over 250 companies and projects since its inception.
Join Fund Manager, Chris Filip in this in-person Information Session about the International Business Development funding strand, which allows companies to apply for grants of £50,000 - £200,000. The grants are for growth strategies that span three to five years, to support companies that have identified opportunities to develop and expand in terms of turnover and scale of Intellectual Property (IP) creation, exploitation and acquisition, with the express aim of enhancing the company’s international revenue, activities and profile.
Chris will be joined by Chris Halliday, Head of Certification at BFI, and a Welsh International Business Development awardee who will share their experiences of receiving grants from the strand.
After the event, Chris has a handful of 1-2-1 slots available to book which are available on a first come first served basis.
