Join us for an evening of community, creativity, and culture as we celebrate Ujima (collective work and responsibility), the third principle of Kwanzaa! This family-friendly event is a joyful opportunity to come together, honor heritage, and build connections. Even if you have never celebrated kwanzaa before, join us in learning about how we connect with each other as a community of all backgrounds.

🌟 Drum Circle & Arts & Crafts (5:00-6:30 PM):
Kick off the evening with a vibrant drum circle and hands-on arts and crafts activities—perfect for kids and adults alike!

🎤 Music & Celebration (6:00-8:00 PM):
Experience an uplifting program featuring live music, performances, and meaningful reflections on Ujima.

This event is extra special as it marks the grand opening of Aya Cultural Arts Studio, a new space for creativity and community in Frederick!
