Winner awards, shirts and fun competition! Register by April 9th for shirt guarantee. Competition April 18th beginning at 9am-11am. Weigh in will be from 8am-8:45 am at Uintah Recreation Center 610 S Vernal Avenue. During the event, you can do the separate competitions in any order. You have two hours to complete events. (Some leigh way may be given if numbers are high and people are waiting to complete an event)
**Must have at least five registered participants in a division to hold competition for that division**
There will be a FREE practice run April 11th from 10am-noon at Uintah Recreation for anyone interested (registered or not). Come try all the events.
To be guaranteed a shirt, REGISTER BY APRIL 9th

*Only equipment not allowed are straps.

Atlas Stones
Trap bar deadlift
Truck pull
Strongman medley (farmer carry, sled pull, mini fingal finger, and tire flip in a timed course)
Sandbag carry
Yoke carry
Men's and Women's Divisions

lightweight 130 and under
midweight 131-170
heavyweight 171 and over
Men
Lightweight 175 and under
Midweight 176-215
Heavyweight 216 and over
Cash pot of $1,000 for each division! (1st $500, 2nd $300 and 3rd place $200)
