This is a fun, lighthearted class that is meant to cater to beginners and seasoned yogis alike. We believe fitness should be fun, and that yoga is for everybody and every BODY. No pressure and never too serious - just fun, feel good yoga!
Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited amount of mats will be available to borrow if you need one.
Cost is $25 and includes your beverage after class.
