NON-DISCLOSURE AND LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure and Liability Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned individual ("Participant") and Burrnation LLC and Alandise Harris ("The Released Parties") as of the date of execution below.

1. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By signing this Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees as follows:

    •    Participant understands and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their involvement, including but not limited to physical injury, theft, loss, or damage to property.

    •    Participant agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Burrnation LLC and Alandise Harris, their employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or related to participation in any activities, events, or interactions.

2. Non-Disclosure Agreement

Participant agrees not to disclose, share, or communicate any proprietary or confidential information related to Burrnation LLC or Alandise Harris, including but not limited to trade secrets, business operations, and private discussions, without prior written consent.

3. Acknowledgment of Understanding

Participant acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
