About this Event

It's an ugly Christmas sweatshirt party, and you're invited!

Join us for a 45-minute all levels Pilates mat flow and happy hour at Cooper's Tavern in Little River.
We will build strength, stretch, and practice some balance all on the mat, while celebrating the holidays in our ugly Christmas sweatshirts. 🎅

Wear your most festive workout appropriate attire, and meet in The Doghouse, the covered outdoor bar at Cooper's Tavern.
Shoes or Pilates socks are optional. Bring your own mat or towel.

Every ticket includes an app and one glass of wine 🍷 , beer 🍺 , cider, or mocktail 🍹made with Green Compass collagen.
