About this Event
Mental health difficulties in the Stroke Survivor community are incredibly common yet research and the psychological support available for stroke survivors is really lacking.
Chris Chrzanowski, a Trainee Clinical Psychologist and Post Graduate Researcher at the University of East Anglia, is conducting a short anonymous online survey for stroke survivors. This survey hopes to understand why some people find it easier to adapt to life after stroke, and why other stroke survivors might experience long periods of distress.
The anonymous survey asks people multiple-choice questions about their mood, beliefs, social activities, and physical ability.
Current participants reported that the survey takes 5-10 minutes to complete, but it shouldn’t take any longer than 30 minutes at a maximum.

The more people that complete the survey, the better the chance of improving the emotional and psychological support available to Stroke Survivors.
