Udig Stanwick Hall Excavations 2024-26 by Derek Roberts

Stanwick Hall is a Georgian mansion in Northampshire and the excavations in the gardens and grounds were devised to allow amateur archaeologists the opportunity to learn new skills under professional supervision and to further knowledge gained during previous investigations of the site. Discoveries included thimbles, pottery and buckles as well as bringing to light the history of the present Hall’s predecessors. In 2026 CADAS organised a trip for members to see the site.
