Uchibā Dallas September Uncommon Ramen

Uncommon Ramen is a monthly series at Uchibā that typically takes place on the first Monday of the month and features innovative ramen dishes, either developed in-house or in collaboration with guest chefs. Due to the Labor Day holiday, September’s event has been moved to Monday, September 14, and features a menu created by Chefs Joshua Zacharias and Brenda Perez, the partners behind Restaurant shua, a Vietnamese fine-dining pop-up exploring the intersection of Vietnamese tradition, Texas seasonality, and modern technique. Both are proud alumni of Uchi Dallas, where they refined their craft before continuing through some of the region’s most celebrated kitchens and eventually joining forces. Today, they are dedicated to sharing Vietnamese stories through thoughtful, ingredient-driven cuisine, making their return to the Uchibā kitchen for Uncommon Ramen a meaningful homecoming.
