• Access FREE training in project management, manufacturing, and renewable energy for staff and high school juniors and seniors!
• Identify work-based learning opportunity projects for the regional workforce engagement.
• Collaborate on identifying, designing, and creating new workforce training programs in manufacturing and clean energy sectors in our region.
• Bring your key personnel to support your organization's participation in this project.

What to expect?

• Enjoy lunch and networking with regional industry partners and UC Merced Division of Professional & Continuing Education leadership.
• Overview of the UC Merced's SkillRISE 1-year grant funded by North Valley THRIVE Catalyst Funds.
• Identify key personnel to enroll in free UC Merced certification training in four programs including stipends for project work.
• Visualize your work-based projects with demonstrations from Riipen Inc.

Who should attend?

• Any manufacturing and/or clean energy employers in the Northern San Joaquin Valley (Merced, Stanislaus, and San Joaquin counties)
• Key leadership from related industries, including but not limited to HR/Talent Management, Operations, and/or Learning and Development
• Northern San Joaquin Valley high school CTE directors, Principals, or other District leadership.

Note: Each attendee is required to RSVP to ensure accurate headcount for catering.
