Overpayment Prevention - An overview of how the UC system prevents, identifies, and recovers overpayments, including the employer’s role in prevention, how overpayments are detected and classified, and new requirements for timely, adequate employer responses.

This is also an opportunity for you as an employer to meet one of the UC Workforce Development Representatives.
