Ube Throwdown 4.0 is calling on bakers, home cooks, dessert makers, and ube lovers to showcase their most delicious and creative use of the beloved Filipino purple yam.
From traditional Filipino favorites and showstopping cakes to inventive pastries, frozen creations, and unexpected fusion desserts, we want to see how you make ube the star.
Bring your best creation to Adobo Throwdown 4.0 on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Garden Ridge Community and Event Center. Your dessert will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on:
• Taste – 50%
• Creativity – 25%
• Presentation – 25%
