This workshop is designed to help you experience the joys of sketching on location using a sketchbook, pen, brush, and watercolors. Whatever your level of experience Rosemary will show you how to slow down, to really look at the world around you and capture what you see and feel as you draw, paint and write in your blank journals, in a relaxed, inspiring, and encouraging atmosphere.
Sketching on location can be fun and stress-free – you won’t be “making a painting”, but simply recording your observations. You will discover that it doesn’t have to be perfect to be completely rewarding!
For those with a history of “journaling/diary keeping,” the idea of creating a journal with your own drawings and writings can be very appealing.
