   ABOUT THIS EVENT:
   Join us for the first meetup of the new University District Run Club. This club is brought to you by Industrious University District and in partnership with Lululemon and Cascade Run Club. We are so stoked to get outside and explore our community, build friendships, and have an amazing time as summer in the PNW approaches.
   You can walk, jog, or run. Our routes will support all paces. Our meetup locations will vary from time to time so we can explore new routes and new scenes across the U District. We’ll also incorporate Themed Thursdays to make our time together fun and celebratory. In the spirit of supporting small businesses we’ll also partner with local businesses in the U-District for social engagement.

   FAQ:
   Where can I park?
   There is a paid lot on 9th and 45th across from the old AMC. Street parking is also available. Rate is ~$1/hour. Do not park in the lower lot of the covered parking as that is designated for Trader Joe’s customers with a 45 min limit.
   Do I need a membership to Industrious?
   No! This is a community event! The vision for Industrious is to build communities by changing lives. For the Industrious U District team starting a run club is another way to support the neighborhood it serves.
   What if it rains?
   In the PNW!? Its go time. We’ll get after it together and celebrate in building mental and physical toughness together. Communities who suffer together stay together and get stronger together.
   Will bathrooms be provided?
   Yes, the first meetup is at the gym and there are restroom facilities and a water fountain available.
   Do I have to run?
   Nope! Our route selection will support to all paces!
   
   Participants agree to assume all risks associated with running club activities. By attending, you grant permission to the organizers to use photos and videos taken during events for promotional purposes.
