Yiselle Santos Rivera, Presidenta Electa 2026 del AIA, es arquitecta, educadora y estratega, cuya carrera combina el diseño, defensa y construcción de comunidad. Nacida y criada en Puerto Rico, está haciendo historia como la primera mujer latina y neurodivergente elegida para dirigir el American Institute of Architects.
En esta conversación abierta, Yiselle compartirá cómo su identidad y experiencias han dado forma a su trayectoria y a su visión para el futuro de la arquitectura. Será una oportunidad para conectar, reflexionar y celebrar juntos las voces latinas en el diseño.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she’s making history as the first Latina and neurodivergent woman elected to lead the American Institute of Architects.
In this open conversation, Yiselle will share how her identity and experiences have shaped her journey and her vision for the future of architecture. It’s a chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate Latino voices in design together.
