Welcome to TYRUN — the new era of fitness racing.Season 1 Edition 3 takes off in Antwerp, and you’re invited to take part in the official TYRUN competition.
🏁 Season 1 Workout
Run: 600 meters
Station 1: 3,000 meters on the BikeERG
Station 2: 100 Kettlebell Swings (8kg - 12kg - 20kg - 30kg)
Run: 600 meters
Station 3: 1,000 meters on the RowERG
Station 4: 100 V-Ups
Run: 600 meters
Station 5: 1,000 meters on the SkiERG
Station 6: 100 meters Dumbell Walking Lunges (BW - 2*8KG - 2*12KG - 2*16KG)
Run: 600 meters
Station 7: 100 Box Jumps
Station 8: 600-meter Sandbag Carry (30KG - 50KG - 70KG)
This is a race for time.
All participants will be professionally tracked using advanced timing technology to ensure precise and fair results.
A leaderboard will be published at the end of the event — based on finish times, per division.
