Do you have prediabetes, a family history of diabetes, or want to adopt healthier habits? Join the Cecil County Health Department’s PrevenT2 program to help prevent or delay type 2 diabetes! You’ll have access to a full year of meetings that provide useful tips, information and support on your health journey. Learn how to become more active and eat better guided by experts. Our in-person workshop will be held on August 20th from 5:30pm-6:30pm at ChristianaCare Union Hospital. Our upcoming video session will be held on August 19th from 1:30pm-2:30pm.
