Tyneside Vegan and Music Festival 2026

Well, it’s that time of the year again, our amazing Tyneside Vegan and Music Festival is returning for the 7th year. We can’t wait to see you all again!

We will have loads of fabulous stalls for you with a wide range of traders and groups. We want to make sure that there is something for everyone! We have animal rights groups and social justice charities as well as independent and larger traders with craft stalls, artisan stalls, sweet treats, gifts, clothing, accessories and much more.

We have a fantastic food offer with hot and cold food and drink available throughout the day.

It is a family friendly event and we have a children’s activity table where you can leave your younger ones free of charge while you wander the event (DBS’d volunteers).

It is also a dog-friendly event and all well-behaved dogs on leads are very welcome.

We will have a number of fundraisers going on including a draw for fabulous prizes.

We have fantastic musical and poetry performances throughout the day with some returning artists (due to popular request and all vegan) and some new ones. All of the performers will be available before and after their performance to talk to visitors and to grab a selfie with.

Our festival aims to:

Make veganism accessible to those who are curious

Create a safe-space for existing vegans

To raise money for NEAR and all of the other charities taking part – including Animals Asia North East and Millington’s Magical Barn who will share 25% of our net profits.

To promote live music

To help animal groups talk about their work and recruit new volunteers.

Early bird tickets are on sale from Feb 27th and includes a goody bag with a minimum of 5 items plus entry included from 10.45am and a dedicated queue.

General admission tickets will go on sale closer to the event and will include goodies (subject to availability). Only ticket holders will receive goodies so make sure you get yours and ticket holders will also have their own fast-track queue. We will also be selling tees and totes (by popular demand) at a reduced price prior to the event, with any remaining sold at full price on the day. (We will email you to confirm your tee size on receipt of your order - sizes available adult S, M,L, XL and XXL).
