It's time for another Tourism Alliance Meeting, only this one is going to a more casual, fun, Happy Hour Meeting! Many of you expressed an interest in having these Happy Hour meetings, occasionally, so we decided to start off with this one at Kiepersol! Since it's at the end of the day, we're hoping it will be easier to come a bit farther out, since you won't be rushed to get back to the office.

This gathering is a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new partners, and continue the conversations that help strengthen Tyler as a destination. Whether you’ve attended Alliance meetings in the past or are joining us for the first time, you’re invited to be part of it.

The meeting will be hosted at Kiepersol Winery & Distillery in the Grand Room located at 21556-B Merlot Ln, Tyler, TX 75703

Guests will enjoy an elegant charcuterie grazing table with a generous selection of meats, cheeses, fruit, and accompaniments. The cost is $15 per person (plus processing fees) and must be purchased in advance through this registration. Attendees who do not pay the $15 ahead of time are still welcome to attend the meeting, but will not be available to pay for the Charcuterie that evening, however, you will be able to purchase drinks if you like. Your $15 ticket will also cover one drink ticket (a Margarita,made with their own Texila, or glass of red or white wine), complements of Visit Tyler. Please purchase your ticket by Wednesday, May 6th, no later than 5pm so we can let them know the count for the food.
