🏒🔥 INTRODUCING THE FRIDAY NIGHT SUMMER HOCKEY LEAGUE! 🔥🏒We’re excited to launch the Two Line Heatwave Hockey Series — a brand-new summer program designed to keep players competing, developing, and having fun all summer long!
My name is Anthony Peterson. My son has played for Chebucto over the last few seasons, and I know firsthand how hard it can be for families to find a quality summer program close to the Halifax area. With that in mind, I wanted to create an opportunity that gives every kid the chance to stay on the ice throughout the summer — without breaking the bank or having to travel far. This league is built for local families who want competitive, fun hockey right here at home.
✔️ Two-line format = more touches, more development, more fun
✔️ 8 guaranteed games – 6 round robin games, 1 crossover game, and 1 medal game. Every team is guaranteed to make it to a medal game.
✔️ Two age divisions:
• 2014 & 2015 Born
• 2012 & 2013 Born
✔️ Friday nights at Centennial Rink
✔️ Limited spots (40 players + 4 goalies)
💥 IMPORTANT: This is a NO-CHECKING league at all levels. Checking will not be tolerated. Any player caught checking will be removed from the game and the remainder of the summer program.
Spots are limited and will fill quickly.
