Two Day Aspiring Innkeeper Intensive - Asheville, NC

We are excited to return to Asheville, North Carolina, in 2026 for our two day intensive seminar for aspiring Innkeepers and operators. While the two day session will focus on discussion of Inn operations, purchase and financing process, Inn Valuation, and beyond, we will also take some time to discuss ongoing recovery efforts and improved occupancy and overall performance in the Asheville market, long celebrated as an Inn, B&B and independent lodging and lifestyle mecca.

The two day intensive is our most in-depth future innkeeper program and allows for more face time and interaction with your instructors and hosting Innkeepers. This weekend seminar package, including instruction, workbooks, personalized follow-up consultation, meals, and breaks is only $495.00 for one person or $595.00 for two.

A light breakfast and lunch will be served on Friday, March 20, during the course of the first full day of education, in addition to regular coffee/tea breaks. The Friday sessions will end around 5:30 and attendees will have a moment to relax before we join our hosting Innkeeper for dinner at one of our favored downtown restaurants.

Our formal sessions on Saturday, March 21st, will end around 12:30 PM before we head into Asheville to tour several local Inns and B&Bs. We encourage attendees to extend their travel around the seminar dates to explore the market and engage local hospitality professionals as desired!
