An Evening of Bold Flavors, Fine Bourbon & Exceptional Dining

Join us at Savage Craft Ale Works for a special edition of our Twisted Creations Dinner Series, as we bring together expertly crafted cuisine, premium bourbon, and the timeless tradition of a fine cigar.

Set against the backdrop of our beautiful rooftop, this exclusive dining experience features a six-course tasting menu, meticulously designed by our Executive Chef to complement the rich, complex flavors of bourbon.

Throughout the evening, our Executive Chef will join us to introduce the inspiration and creativity behind each dish. We'll also be joined by a local bourbon representative, who will guide guests through the evening's bourbon pairings, sharing insights into the spirits, their unique characteristics, and what makes each pairing special.

The Evening's Menu

Welcome Course | Charcuterie & Oysters

A curated selection of charcuterie accompanied by fresh oysters.

Course One | The Affogato

Espresso-date foam, delicate cheesecake bite, salted caramel tuile.

Course Two | Sesame-Seared Ahi Tuna

Sesame-crusted ahi tuna served over a vibrant Asian-inspired salad.

Course Three | Smoked Beef Tartare

Delicately smoked beef tartare, bone marrow emulsion, crisp savory tart shell.

Course Four | From the Land & Sea

Golden-fried chicken and shrimp, finished with a six-pepper sorghum sauce.

Course Five | Pan-Seared Scallops

Perfectly seared scallops, silky butternut squash purée, cherry glaze.

Course Six | Duck & Pearls

Seared duck, rich pomegranate demi-glace, delicate pearls.

Finish the Evening with a Cigar

As the dinner comes to a close, guests will have the opportunity to purchase a cigar to enjoy as the perfect finishing touch to the evening. Whether you're a seasoned cigar enthusiast or simply looking to try something new, it's a wonderful way to round off the experience.
