Come join a yoga workshop we will be hosting taught by Ellie Stambaugh! Within this workshop, you will practice various twists to help connect your body and breath, while practicing postures that intend to compress and decompress the internal organs; this squeeze and soak method of movement will engage the bodily systems to help release toxins within the body, stimulating digestion and activating lymphatic flow.
