🍷 Twirl & Taste – A Tuscan Wine Tasting 🍝Sip, swirl and savor your way through four exquisite wines from Tuscany, Italy, each perfectly paired with an Italian-themed menu that will transport your taste buds straight to the heart of Italy.
Our menu and wine pairings are finalized!
First course - Antipasto platter served family style. Crostini, chicken liver pate, olives, salami and pecorino.
Wine Pairing: La Serra Chianti Colli Senesi (Chianti) - Red
Second course - Farro salad served family style with roasted vegetables, Parmigiano and pine nuts.
Wine Pairing: Cappone Chianti Classico (Sangiovese) - Red
Entree - Action station where Chef Denise will cook handmade pici pasta and ragu.
Wine Pairing: Enrico Santini Bolgheri Poggio Al Moro (Blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah) - Red
Dessert- Almond biscotti (cantucci) traditionally served with Vin Santo for dipping. Ricotta honey semifreddo and candied orange peel.
Wine Pairing: Lanciola Vin Santo del Chianti (Trebbiano, Malvasia) - White Still Wine
