🔹 Catching
Receiving, blocking, throwing footwork to all bases, handling passed balls & more.
🔹 Fielding (Infield + Outfield)
Infield: Agility, reaction, double plays, footwork, slow rollers.
Outfield (two-day format only): Fly ball routes, balls off the wall, advanced footwork.
🔹 Hitting
We’ll train the “5 Banners”: heel down, knee pinch, connection, contact, extension — plus tee work, front toss & overhand pitching.

🔹 Pitching
Arm care, outing prep, mechanics, bullpens, PFP’s & more.
