COSTUME CONTEST CATEGORIES: Best Group (4 people), Best Couple, and Best Individual.

PRIZES: Best Group will receive a Tradewinds Sailing Trip on Holokai Catamaran out of Honolulu, Best Couple gets a Deep Blue Eco Tours Shark Dive out of Haleiwa. Best Individual Prize to be announced.
