All Levels Rotating Yoga and Pilates class at the beautiful Overton Park Shell every Monday 5:30PM with interpreter!
Join us every Monday 5:30PM at the Overton Park Shell for Yoga and Pilates (FREE!) We will rotate between Pilates and yoga each week. Class is suitable for all body types, ages, and experience. Deaf community is welcomed with interpreter on site every Monday.
Your SANA Yoga instructor will guide you through the classes in a manner that will leave you feeling energized, powerful, and inspired.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the waiver at the stage before each class. See you there!
