Join our naturalist as we set the record straight on bats, a group of fantastic but misunderstood mammals. The program will meet at the AD Barnes Park Nature Center followed by a night hike where we will use special acoustic devices to listen for bat calls that we may not be able to hear with the human ear. Please bring comfortable closed-toe shoes, and insect repellant. Feel free to bring your own marshmallows to roast on our campfire following the walk.
