Join us for a tranquil winter evening at the beautiful Fig House, Middleton Lodge Estate, for a special Christmas Candlelit Twilight Sound Bath, led by Jessica from Reform. Bathed in soft candlelight, allow the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and angelic vocals to envelop you, inviting deep calm and quiet joyful workshop. Let the gentle sounds guide you to a place of balance and reflection.
Afterwards, enjoy a warm cup of mulled wine and connect with others in a cosy, welcoming setting. Jessica harnesses her deep connection with music, nature, and subtle energy work to help others reconnect with themselves and their communities, creating a healing space to alleviate the stresses of modern life through guided meditations, sound alchemy and healing rituals.
As it’s the 1st of December, we have made sure there will be some homemade mulled wine at the Boiler Bar so you can enjoy a glass with the group before you head home.
