* Limited space. Must reserve*Join Audrey Brookshire, with Safe Haven Wellness, for a one-hour, all-levels, yoga class while 12 Alpacas roam free amongst us. The class is rejuvenating, dynamic and relaxing. This is an all-levels class, as modifications will be introduced for beginners through advanced. This is a truly unforgettable and unique experience. Embrace the powerful benefits of traditional yoga, nature and animal therapy.
🍹**After, stay for mimosas or juice on us! Hang out with the beautiful creatures for a bit.
🚫**Please do not bring any glass items to the farm.
⏰**Please arrive ONLY 10-15 minutes early to fill out a general liability waiver, COVID-19 waiver and find a spot for your mat.
**Please bring a mat.
**You may want to bring a towel for underneath your mat, as we will be in a field. We encourage you to bring a water bottle.
**Please check the weather. Dress accordingly. We will warm up quickly during class!
** Come rain 🌧 or shine☀️, this event will be held in our open air barn!
