This workshop will be held in Hearth Coworking & Cowellness studio. This is a stunning private space with no access or view from the public, so you can leave your worries & fears at the door. It is a 100% Judgement free zone! It's a space to feel empowered, sexy and have fun all while moving your body and burning those calories.

Light Refreshments, goodies and lots of fun will be provided as well as ample free parking on site.
