This transformational workshop is a guided healing experience that blends emotional release, mindset transformation, and embodied movement through sensual dance in sacred sisterhood. Twerk Away Your Trauma is designed to help you gently unpack stored emotional patterns and reconnect with your body in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.

We will begin with embodied practice, using dance and somatic movement—especially twerking and full-body shaking—as tools for emotional alchemy, stress release, and nervous system regulation. Starting with the body allows stored tension and energy to move before we bring the experience into words. After the movement portion, you’ll be invited to settle in with a complimentary coffee and snack from Café Mia as we transition into guided reflection, journaling, and group talk to identify emotional blocks and limiting narratives that may be living in the mind and body.

Through intentional prompts and an 8-step framework from Miss Nicole's Trauma Twerk-Book, you will explore your emotional landscape, reframe past experiences, and anchor new, empowering beliefs in a relaxed and supportive sisterhood setting. Purchase the Trauma Twerk-Book as an add-on here that will be printed out and ready for you to use, or bring your own journal. Those who order the Trauma Twerk-Book will also receive the PDF version for future use.

This workshop is not about performance or perfection. This is about expression, release, and reclaiming your confidence, joy, and power through movement. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Come as you are. Leave lighter. Let your body do what words cannot.
