A fun, energetic class for the tween who's ready to flow through a full class of yoga set to music. A little loud, and a little bit wild, this is more than your average kids yoga class!!Come bring your Tween to flow while you sweat it out in the Hot Room! NOTE: your class is NOT included in the cost of the Tween workshop.
DETAILS
- WHEN: Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30pm (they can remain in the unheated room until deep flow is done if you're practicing)
- DATES: Starts January 13th!
- WHERE: In studio in the Unheated Practice Room
- INVESTMENT: $75+hst
- WHAT TO WEAR: dress light in something they can move in
- WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat (if they have one!), water, journal & pen
- WHO: tweens ages 8-13 years
- pre-registration is recommended as space is limited
