Tween Time: Stretch & Stillness is a cozy, calming yoga and meditation class designed just for tweens. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation, tweens will explore how to stretch their bodies and settle their busy minds. Each class offers a space to grow confidence, express emotions, and recharge from school, screens, and social stress. Perfect for ages 8-12, this fall-inspired class helps young minds root down, let go, and shine from within.
