4-Week Program: Pilates for Ages 10-14
Help your tween build strength, confidence, and body awareness in a fun and supportive environment! This 4-week Mat Pilates program introduces participants ages 10-14 to the fundamentals of Pilates through engaging exercises that improve core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and coordination. Sessions will be held July 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm on the Redbrook Green (weather permitting).
