Launch your own bakery from scratch!
In this immersive baking camp, campers do more than just follow recipes—they become culinary entrepreneurs! Each day, chefs will prepare a savory dish and a featured dessert while mastering high-level pastry techniques, from working with leavening agents to decorating with homemade fondant.
The Bakery Experience:
👩‍🍳 Professional Skills: Build serious kitchen confidence by learning to construct mini layered cakes and master essential baking science.
🎨 Branding & Design: Campers will think like business owners as they design their own bakery concept, complete with custom menus and logos.
🍕 The Grand Finale: On the last day, students will make from-scratch pizzas before preparing their signature creations for the "Grand Opening."
