Tween & Teen Yoga (Grades 5-8): Build Strength, Focus & Confidence (Session 2)

Designed for older kids, this series offers a more grounded exploration of yoga while still keeping things approachable and engaging. Students will build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through poses, while learning breathing techniques and mindfulness tools to support focus and emotional balance.
Classes include movement, discussion, creativity, and time outdoors, including visits to the Military Ridge Path, helping students connect with themselves and their surroundings in a meaningful way.
Two 3-week sessions are offered this summer (July and August), each with new content and experiences. Students may register for one or both sessions, and are welcome to join either session independently.
Drop-off and pick-up take place at The Yoga Space on Main Street. Siblings are welcome to register for the session that works best for your family.
