During this three hour mini-retreat, tweens and teens will practice yoga, create a mini zen garden, participate in mindfulness activities, and enjoy light snacks and time to socialize with peers. The theme of the day is starting off the new year with positivity, movement, and mindfulness. Perfect for ages 9-15. $50/participant or $45/Venmo.
