These sessions are free of charge.
What do I need to bring with me?
Yoga mat if you want to lie on the floor
Blanket
Cushion
Bottle of water
Please wear relaxed clothing and bring layers - you can sometimes get cold when we meditate, so you may wish to wear a jumper and warm socks.
Any new meditators will need to complete a participant declaration form.
Please come along and enjoy pure relaxation!
