- Tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE. Please only purchase if you are sure you can make it to the event.

- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment or earlier to enjoy our skincare education segment and complete intake forms. If you arrive late, we will do our best to still accommodate your treatment, but can’t guarantee - in this case it would count as a no show and will not be refundable.
